In this workshop, we begin with the science of storytelling and behavioral responses to narrative. We then cover McKinsey's SCR framework and how to support story through listening. All key learning is reinforced by engaging activities.

Our innovation lab is a half-day, hands-on session to help an organization solve one of their big problems. We work very closely with organizational leaders to construct a highly strategic session to think about one company struggle innovatively and collaboratively.
